Adjustable Multichannel Pipettes Adjustable Multichannel Pipettes BioPetteTM Multichannel Pipettes have been designed to withstand the wear and tear of constant use while maintaining their accuracy and reproducibility and providing exceptional user comfort. Available in both eight and twelve channel versions, these pipettes are ideal for 96 well format applications.

Exceptional User Comfort. Use of modern thermoplastic materials in the construction of the BioPettesTM result in a light weight, well balanced instrument. The slender, ribbed hand grip fits comfortably in either the right or left hand, with the digital display remaining visible during pipetting. The tip ejector is ergonomically positioned and accesible to both the thumb and index finger. For comfortable pipetting in any direction, the manifold can be rotated 360°. Rotating the manifold 180° inactiviates the tip ejector.
Continuously Adjustable Volume. BioPetteTM 8 & BioPetteTM 12 feature continously adjustable, digital micrometers for volume selection. Slightly recessed to prevent unintentional change, the volume adjustment thumb wheel is easy to turn, even with a gloved hand.
Superior Accuracy and Reproducibility. Each channel of the BioPetteTM has a finely polished, individual stainless steel piston. This multiple piston assembly assures accuracy and reproducibility not only from one pipetting series to the next, but also from channel to channel. The insulated body of the pipette protects the micrometer from the effects of thermal expansion, thus maintaining the BioPette'sTM precision, even after prolonged use.
Full Range Available. BioPetteTM is available in 8 channel and 12 channel models. Both models offer four volume ranges: 1 - 10 µl, 20 - 200 µl and 50 - 300 µl. Each pipette is individually tested and supplied with a certificate of quality.

The Labpette R provides accurate and reproducible repetitive pipetting from the singlefilling of a disposable tip.
The repetitive pipette saves time and reduces thetedium and strain of performing repetitive pipetting with a standard pipette.
Easy to use. Simply select the appropriate tip and lock in place. Choose the desired volume setting with the click stop adjustment dial and fill the tip with the required volume using the sliding fill lever. To dispense, press the plunger on the tip of the pipette. For convenience, a chart showing the volume dispensed for each tip size and dial position is located on the pipette body.
Versatile. Twenty-nine different volumes between 1ml and 5000ml may be dispensed with the Labpette R, depending upon the tip size and dial position selected. As many as 48 pipetting steps may be carried out without refilling the tip. Volumes can be dispensed at intervals as fast as one second without compromising accuracy or reproducibility.
Excellent accuracy and reproducibility. The Labpette R operates on a positive displacement principle which provides superior accuracy. A stepping mechanism ensures that each volume dispensed is the same. All liquids to be dispensed remain in the disposable tip, eliminating contamination of the pipette and carry-over from one pipetting series to the next.
Ergonomic design. The slender body of the Labpette R fits comfortably in the natural contour of your hand. The plunger is positioned to be easily accessible and reduce hand strain. For added comfort, the hand grip is rounded to reduce fatigue during prolonged use.

Labnet's new FastPette is a high performance motorized pipette controller designed for cordless work with glass or plastic pipettes in the 1-100ml range. User convenience was a top priority in the development of the FastPette. The contoured, lightweight handle and comfortable pushbuttons guarantee effortless pipetting even during extensive use. Even the control switches are located within easy reach of the thumb.
Convenient control. Easily accessible switches on the FastPette allow different operation modes depending on the application. For aspiration, the user can choose HIGH or LOW work speed. Set to HIGH, the FastPette can fill a 25 ml pipette in just 4.3 seconds! Setting the speed to LOW enables precise measurement of the smallest volumes. Dispensing can be carried out by gravity (GRAV) or supported by the pump (BLOW) which enables complete emptying of the pipette with blow out. In addition, pipetting speed can be further controlled by the amount of pressure on the trigger buttons.
Complete protection and safety. Many pipette controllers are not sufficiently protected against overfilling. When an aggressive liquid enters the body of a pipette controller it may damage the internal mechanism and create a potential health hazard for the user. The FastPette is equipped with a safety valve that prevents any liquid from entering the unit. To protect against cross contamination, filters and pipette holders can be easily replaced and autoclaved.
Always ready for action. A powerful, environmentally friendly NiMH battery enables up to 8 hours of continuous work. The low battery light indicates when the FastPette should be recharged. However, the FastPette is still fully operational when the power supply is plugged in, and the battery is charging. The FastPette battery is automatically protected against overcharging by a timing and thermal system. There is no need to worry about leaving it charging for extended periods.

Precise and accurate The pipetting mechanism within each BioPette includes a finely polished, stainless steel piston that provides excellent accuracy and reproducibility. The high-precision micrometer is protected from the effects of hand-warming by the pipettes insulated body. To ensure a proper fit for most types and brands of pipette tips, the tip ejector is adjustable. Each pipette is individually calibrated before leaving the factory and will stay in calibration with proper use. User Friendly The streamlined handle of the BioPette is comfortable and easy to hold for all users, regardless of hand size. The plunger and tip ejector have been placed to reduce fatigue and repetitive strain injuries. Two interchangeable ejector buttons are supplied to accommodate both large and small hands. the tip ejector is easily removed for pipetting into narrow tubes, yet will not slip during use. At the top of the ejector is a cushioned handle for convenient removal and adjustment of the ejector without straining your fingers. The recessed thumb wheel is easy to turn and recessed to prevent accidental change. Selected volumes are shown on the large, easy to read, digital display.
